Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cymbal. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your information up to date. You must not share your account or allow others to access it.

You retain ownership of any content you post on Cymbal, including captions, comments, and profile information ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Cymbal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating the Service.

Song metadata (track names, artist names, album art) displayed in the app is sourced from the Spotify Web API and remains the property of the respective rights holders.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or threatening
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Spam, send unsolicited messages, or engage in deceptive practices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app.

The Cymbal name, logo, and app design are the property of Cymbal. You may not use our branding without written permission. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in the Service belong to their respective owners.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cymbal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
